Generally the representation fee is paid upfront. However, under special circumstances, we will work with you to try to develop a payment plan you can afford.

Our office is located in downtown Minneapolis, near both the state and federal courthouses, but our practice is spread across the state. You are welcome to come visit us in person, but we can also conduct most business over the phone or by video conference.
