Attorney Mohrlant graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline), and summa cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College. During law school, she clerked at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Before coming to F. Clayton Tyler, P.A. she clerked at both the Hennepin County District Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. With an undergraduate degree in education, Attorney Mohrlant has experience both as a classroom teacher and as a social service provider for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
Attorney Mohrlant has experience with most areas of criminal defense, including impaired driving (DWI/DUI), drug cases, domestic assault, theft, and weapons offenses. In addition to state court matters, she also represents individuals charged with federal crimes. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities. Attorney Mohrlant takes pride in listening to clients and tailoring representation to each client’s unique needs and goals.
